The service covers the analysis of programmes in their compiled version.
The reversion technique, reverse engineering, is a process of examining and auditing a product (a computer programme, device or network protocol) in order to identify its use and verify its precise scope of operation.
The services allows, among other things, to:
- identify and analyse safety errors in the software in complied version without access to source codes,
- analyse programme activity in the system – a part of post-burglary analysis (if the analysis reveals binary files of unknown origin),
- analyse programme activity as a part of safety audit,
- modify compiled programmes (if the Client has appropriate licence),
- analyse and interpret unknown network protocols.
